CHANGE OF WEATHER

The weather had a cold front coming in from the northwest.  They first forecasted rain and strong winds up to50 mph. so we decided to just hunker in and stay in Indio until Monday and let the weather blow over.  Turns out that their forecasters are about as bad as ours.  Sat. we just got cooler temperatures and a little rain.  Today it looks like more of the same.  They had worse weather north and in higher altitudes.  Where we were on the tram earlier this week has temperatures in the 20s, strong winds and snow.  Glad we went earlier.  It is interesting watching the clouds in the surrounding mountains.
