Sun City is a wonderful place. Sunny, light breeze, temperatures in the 70's in late Feb. Tom's brother, Bob Gibbens lives in a lovely home there. He is so happy and looks great! He travels almost everywhere in his golf cart. He drives to the golf course and right out to play. It is legal to drive on the streets here in your golf cart so as long as he stays in Sun City, he can travel in golf cart - even if it's a 4 lane road. It really saves on expenses since gas has increased so much in recent times. About once every week or two he takes his truck out of town and goes to Sam's and other shopping he needs to do. Everything else is here in Sun City. His Dr., barber, grocery, cleaners, church (in which he is a Deacon and very active), and most everything he needs. It is so funny to be driving down the road and here comes a golf cart next to you.. Tee Hee He has use of gyms, pools, clubs, hobbies and about anything one would want. Now that is the way to retire!
