SHADOW HILLS RV RESORT, Indio, CA 3-15-12

This is the gated park we will have stayed in for over a week.  Weather is perfect, 80's high, tiny breeze, and lots of sun.  Not too large but big enough to be fun.  It is so beautifully landscaped too.  Makes it really great for walking Lexi.  We first felt welcomed when a gentleman that works here brought us over 3 giant lemons he just picked from the tree across the way from us.  We can highley recommend Shadow Hills to anyone.

Tonight, everyone in the park is invited to a free appreciation BBQ rib dinner hosted by the park.  Sounds really good. The people here have been cooking all day.

Saturday they are having a corned beef and cabbage dinner complete with green beer for St. Patrick's Day for only $8 @.  That's what I call a holiday!
Salt Water Pool with Water Aerobics every day at 10

PS... Today we ate lunch at a place called "Beer Hunter" and it was great.  We ate on the patio but inside was the biggest best sports bar we ever saw and it was really busy with people watching the Tennis Tournament being played here in LaQuinta and college football.  The have like 200 different beers to choose from and the food was good too!
